I'm a brand strategist and artist based in Chicago exploring the intersection of neuroscience, meditation practice, and abstract visual art.
My work began as a personal practice, using intuitive drawing as a way to ground myself and process difficult moments. What started as simple patterns drawn with black ink evolved into something more intentional: a curiosity about why this practice worked. Through meditation, breathwork, and sustained attention, I discovered that the act of creating these abstract patterns had measurable effects on my nervous system and perception.
Now I'm investigating whether viewing these pieces creates similar shifts in others—moments of presence, expanded perception, and access to imaginative capacity. I believe that creativity isn't reserved for artists. Presence isn't a luxury. And the capacity to see beauty and meaning in apparent chaos is something we can all access and strengthen
