Patterns of Emotion is an art practice grounded in neuroscience and contemplative tradition. Each piece is created in a meditative state using black ink on paper. The work is abstract, intuitive, and unplanned; it emerges through a practice of surrender and attention rather than predetermined design.

The Core Insight: When you slow down enough to truly look at abstract work, something shifts. Your mind begins to recognize patterns, imagine narratives, and access creative capacity. The pieces function as mirrors and invitations: they show you what becomes visible when you practice presence.

What I'm Exploring:
~ How does viewing abstract art affect cognition, imagination, and emotional regulation?
~Can we measure the impact of contemplative creative practice on the nervous system?
~What role does presence play in expanding our ability to perceive beauty and meaning?

The Long Vision? To scientifically validate what I'm observing anecdotally, collaborate with neuroscience researchers, and create experiences that invite people into their own creative capacity and presence.
